Article 45. Intellectual property.

In accordance with current legislation, the Statement of Commitment shall include the terms under which the intellectual property of the PhD thesis is to be regulated, which must be signed by all interested parties.

Article 46. Confidentiality.

In accordance with current legislation, these terms shall be regulated by the Statement of Commitment signed by all interested parties.
