Exceptional admission period
In accordance with Article 7.- Admission Procedure of the Regulations for Managing Official Doctoral Studies, admission to a doctoral program may be applied outside the general deadlines established, provided that:
- enrollment is a necessary condition to formalize a predoctoral contract corresponding to an official predoctoral funding call
- the access and admission requirements are met
- there are available spots in the doctoral program
- acceptance by the academic committee is contingent on the definitive granting of predoctoral funding.
In order to do this, extraordinary pre-registration and admission periods will be opened, conditional on obtaining predoctoral funding. The candidate must:
- pre-register in the doctoral program following the instructions
- attach the letter of acceptance (docx, 441 Kb)
- attach the academic endorsement (docx, 451 Kb) of the doctoral program -in the case of doctoral programs that require it- (visit the Programme section: Registration, Admission Criteria)
- in the case of a non-public call (funding by a private institution), attach the document of the call for grants (or a link to it).
