*The thesis directors must first be authorised by the CAPD. The CAPD will assign at least one thesis director belonging to the EHU Doctoral Programme at the time of admission of the doctoral student. The other co-directors may be requested and authorised subsequently by the CAPD, in which case they must sign the commitment document (see procedure). The thesis director of the EHU Doctoral Programme should preferably also be the tutor.
