Doctoral Programme in Energy Efficiency and Sustainability in Engineering and Architecture
The 1st International Workshop on Innovative Tools for Research in Energy Efficiency (INTRE2)
The 1st International Workshop on Innovative Tools for Research in Energy Efficiency (INTRE2) is a groundbreaking international workshop that explores the advancements in the field of energy engineering. This event seeks to promote the exchange of knowledge between researchers and academics, encouraging collaboration and debate on the latest scientific advances. In addition, its purpose is to promote the development of innovative solutions and sustainable practices that contribute to mitigating the effects of climate change.
Organized by the Doctoral Program in Energy Efficiency and Sustainability in Engineering and Architecture, an inter-university program in which the University of the Basque Country, the University of Vigo and the University of Burgos participate, INTRE2 encourages debate among researchers on the latest scientific advances in the research areas of the Doctoral Program: energy efficiency and modeling of thermal systems, renewable energies and their integration in buildings, thermodynamic properties of fluids of industrial interest and sustainability and environment in the engineering and architecture.
This year, the workshop will be held in person with an international scope in Bilbao on June 3, 2025.
