Registration

Anyone wishing to participate in the conference in any modality must register through the following form.

  • Participation without a presentation: free of charge, with prior registration.
  • Participation with a presentation: 25 euros. Those wishing to submit a proposal must, in addition to registering, send an abstract to iecam@ehu.eus. before March 29, 2026.
  • Note: All authors or co-authors of presentations submitted to the conference must register and pay the registration fee. This will allow them to receive a presenter certificate and publish the text in the proceedings book. Authors must pay one registration fee for each submitted presentation.

Deadlines:

  • February 28, 2026: Registration period opens for presenters and other participants.
  • March 31, 2026: Registration deadline.

Invoice: To obtain an invoice for the payment made, send an email to iecam@ehu.eus with the following information:

Communications

Proposals/abstracts that fit the objectives and themes of the conference (maximum 350 words) may be sent to iecam@ehu.eus until March 29, 2026. The Scientific Committee will notify accepted proposals within a maximum of one week from receipt.

Presentations may be submitted in one of the following three formats, which must be indicated during registration:

  • In-person presentation
    • Faculty of Social and Communication Sciences (Leioa).
  • Remote presentation – Video
    • The presentation video must be a maximum of 10 minutes long.
    • Authors must upload the video to an online video platform (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) and send the link to iecam@ehu.eus.
    • The video title must follow this structure: “IECAM 2026 - Title of the Presentation”.
    • The video link will be shared on the conference website.
    • Conference cover page.
  • Remote presentation – Virtual room
    • Synchronous virtual format via the Teams platform.

Proceedings

Authors who wish to publish the full text of their presentation in the Proceedings Book published by UPV/EHU must submit it before June 30, 2026.

Texts must comply with the style guidelines and use the conference template for presentations.
