PROCEDURES AT THE DOCTORAL SCHOOL:

DEADLINES: You must apply to the DOKe for your stay one and a half months before it begins. As these are internship contracts, it is essential to meet the deadline in order to process permits and inform social security.

1. SIGNATURES BY DOCTORAL SCHOOL REPRESENTATIVES

To obtain the signatures to be added by the Doctoral School, you must send the following documents to international.doke@ehu.eus :

  1. Learning Agreement: send the completed and signed document. The DOKe will include the signature of the centre's representative. Contact person: Sonia Monreal. Email: international.doke@ehu.eus.
  2. Authorisation from the head of international mobility at the centre where the studies are being undertaken (DOKe): send the document including the dates of the stay. The DOKe will include the name of the representative and their signature.

Once the signatures have been obtained, the DOKe will send the signed documents back to the student.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
the documents are signed by an internal DOKe procedure that must be followed. Emails sent to the personal email addresses of DOKe representatives will not be answered.

2. REGISTER YOUR STAY

All research stays at other universities and research centres must be registered at the DOKe, following the procedure for OUTGOING stays: https://www.ehu.eus/en/web/doktorego-eskola/outgoing-stays
