Industry 4.0 - Smart Flexibility
Our Approach to Industry 4.0
From Mass Production to Customized Manufacturing: Flexible Manufacturing
This is the core focus of Industry 4.0, the factory of the future, the smart factory, digitalization, and more. It's no longer about mass production, but about producing customized, cost-effectively, quickly, and sustainably.
To address these changes, where technologies are developing at breakneck speed, it's essential to have partners who understand this new framework of "flexibility." This new approach also demands great flexibility from us, as our customers' requirements are completely diverse: from new equipment for upgrading existing machines to predictive maintenance and artificial intelligence. Each customer is at a different stage. Our commitment: to adapt to our customers' unique needs so we can provide them with exactly what they require.
OPTIMITIVE
Company
Founded in 2009, we are a software company that improves industrial efficiency and sustainability through Closed-Loop AI Optimization.
We help companies reduce energy consumption to improve production profitability and comply with regulations and emissions reduction targets.
We have a presence in seven major regions worldwide, participating in diverse markets (cement, oil and gas, chemicals, power generation, paper, mining, glass, metal, and water), where we optimize more than 65 facilities across various processes.
Mission
At OPTIMITIVE, we are committed to the global transformation of industrial processes, making them more efficient and sustainable through the use of Artificial Intelligence, thus contributing to a better world.
Vision
At OPTIMITIVE, we envision a future where any complex piece of equipment will be complemented by an "Optimizing Brain" that ensures its efficient operation under any circumstances—a context in which Real-Time Optimization powered by Artificial Intelligence will be a key enabler.
