M. Bouhmadi-López is a very dynamic researcher working on the field of cosmology and gravitation .

For example, in the last 3-4 years she has worked with many outstanding international collaborators. Since 2017, she

has published 30 papers in Q1 journals among others papers. Some of those papers were published with lecturers at EHU (D. Brizuela, I.

Garay and R. Lazkoz) and former Phd students at EHU (J. Morais and M. Ortiz ). In addition, during

this period, she has supervised and co-supervised 7 Ph.D. students and 1 undergraduate student. She

is currently supervising 1 more Ph.D. students. Mariam has as well gained experience in teaching

undergraduate/postgraduate students, within the last years, in courses of maths and physics. M.

Bouhmadi-López would like, as well, to highlight her great willingness to continue bringing her research

to EHU where she thinks she can continue contributing immensely to the excellence of EHU. Currently, she is part of two research

projects and she has won a new MINECO project being her the IP of the proposal together with

Prof. Tom Broadhust as Co-IP.



Last but not least, M. Bouhmadi-López has recently opened a youtube channel, a facebook web-

page,... to carry science outreach, particularly in cosmology and gravitation through a STEM edu-

cational project hoping to enhance the visibility of minorities doing science like (i) women (ii) arabic women in particular and (iii) Lgbti+ people. All these webpages can be found under the
